General information about online shopping
The products are sold by Team-Place Oy with business ID 0575243-9. We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
To order
As a rule, products are ordered online at www.teamplace.eu via the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, indicating the price of the order, the delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force for each order.

The products you ordered, the order number, the total amount of the order
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver orders to the customer within 14 days.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can view the delivery costs after you have selected the payment and delivery method for your shopping cart. We deliver orders by letter, letter for payment and parcel.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Team Place is not responsible for replacing the product if, for example, the product is incorrectly labelled due to a mistake made by the customer.
Return by PostNord return address card:
Use the return address card that came with the original shipment. Attach the return address card to the package. Make sure the barcode is easily legible on a flat surface. You can return the parcel to any PostNord collection point.
Returning with the Postal Service’s return code:
You can return the item via a Post Office service point. Write our return code 650803 on the parcel. and take the item to the Post Office.
Please include the following information with your return:
Your name, address and phone number and a copy of the order confirmation from Team-Place Oy

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once a return has been accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.
Problems in transport and defective products
If a product is lost in transit, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer should immediately report the error to asiakaspalvelu@teamplace.fi or by post:

Notification of a faulty delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged at the post office, a complaint must be made immediately to the post office.
Change
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer should check the current terms of delivery before placing an order.
